Owners meeting

TheOwners meeting is there to inform the owners of a WEG about the status. Among other things, projects relating to the maintenance of the property are decided upon. Another point are changes such as: B. a new technology in the Energy processing (new heating, solar energy, etc.).

In the Owners meeting will also be the annual onessettlementsdiscussed and their objections dealt with. The Administrator is also relieved, elected for a new term or voted out. Voting rights can be determined in the form of pro rata shares or based on ownership shares.

In addition to the annual owners' meetings, "extraordinary owners' meetings" can also be called. These are used where urgent decisions have to be made that no longer have time until the regular annual owners' meeting and communicate an urgency.

As an alternative to the physical owners' meeting on site, there is also one digital owners meeting. However, there are a few things to consider here.
