We promote active and open communication of this Code of Conduct and the underlying values, rules and standards among all cooperation partners. Each cooperation partner ensures the implementation of the Code of Conduct in their own company.

Because of their role model function, our managers must be measured against this Code of Conduct. They ensure that all employees know, understand and apply the Code of Conduct and are the first point of contact for questions regarding the understanding or interpretation of individual regulations.

We stand for trusting and good cooperation between employees and managers across all companies, which is reflected in an open exchange of information, honest dealings and mutual support.
