
QM for tenants
Communication between the manager, owner/advisory board and tenants should be social, balanced and comprehensible. We organize quality-oriented collaboration in order to create as few points of friction as possible between the individual parties.
We document processes in our specially developed radio APP. In the “Services for” section, every tenant can send information to the administration directly to the correct department of our house. In addition, links to authorities and service providers are available to make processing with external providers easier.
These are then created in processes in our administration software and then documented in CASAVI and made available to the “interested parties”.
