Our cooperation stands for competence, innovative strength, customer orientation and motivated, responsible employees. The sustainable economic success of cooperation in global competition is based on this.

Corruption, competition and antitrust violations threaten this success - and will not be tolerated (so-called zero-tolerance policy). For us, bribes or cartel agreements are not a means of obtaining an order. We would rather forego business and achieve internal goals than violate the law.

Each cooperation partner introduces an internal compliance program. With these compliance programs, we all ensure that competition-relevant regulations such as the ban on cartels, the ban on discrimination and the ban on unfair competition are adhered to. Every employee at every cooperation partner is required to actively participate in the implementation of the company's internal compliance program in their area of ​​responsibility. Violations will not be tolerated at any cooperation partner and will lead to sanctions against the people affected.
