QM for owners and advisory boards
Communication between the manager, owner and the advisory board should be comprehensible. We organize quality-oriented collaboration in order to create as few points of friction as possible.
We document processes in our specially developed radio APP. In the “Services for” section, every owner or Advisory Board Send information to the administration directly to the correct department in our company. In addition, links to authorities and service providers are available to make processing with external providers easier.
These are then created in processes in our administration software and then documented in CASAVI and made available to the “interested parties”.
