Service provider QM
A service must be understandable for the client. We organize these tasks for our customers, from scheduling appointments to monitoring a measure through to proof of performance with subsequent invoice.
We document processes in our specially developed radio APP. In the “Services for” section, every service provider can forward appointment confirmations, damage reports, proof of performance, image documentation, etc. directly to the correct department in our company.
These are then created in processes in our administration software and then documented in CASAVI and made available to the “interested parties”.
